The cottage and just three nearby properties stand in a quiet lane along which many more horses pass than cars! The cottage enjoys tremendous character and there are stunning views over the bay from a delightful garden that rises quite steeply to the rear.

 

Outside there is adequate parking, a secluded sun trap patio area and gardens (very young children need to be supervised) with several seating areas to enjoy splendid views to the beach, cliffs and seascape.
